Our site  and related services are made available to you pursuant to the following Terms of Use and Conditions . Please read through them carefully. If you do not agree to any of the terms, then you must immediately stop using the site. We may modify the terms of use and conditions  from time to time so please check back often.

You have the option to  return an item you purchased and have it replaced with something similar in kind and price from our website but  please note that items purchased at a discounted price or during a special promotion (i.e black Friday, sales e.t.c) are not eligible for  return.

Please note that all mailing costs are covered by the customer.

The below described procedure must be followed:

1. Contact us via e-mail to info@cardou.com within 10 days of receiving the product explaining the reason why you wish to exchange it. The official delivery date  considered, is the one indicated on the courier delivery receipt  so please  keep it as a reference.

2. No exchange will be accepted without us having any prior knowledge.

3. You must return the product including all the documents that accompanied it i.e purchase receipt plus the signed courier delivery receipt.

4. When you ship the product back to Cardou, please retain the courier shipment receipt until we notify you via e-mail that we have received the product you wish to return for exchange.

5. Returned products must be unused and in their original good condition. Complete  with all their original accessories included, undamaged with all their labels in place and in their original packaging. As far as the shoes are concerned, we recommend that you are very careful in your first trial until you decide to keep them. Start by wearing only the left shoe on a carpet so that the soles or the heels are not scratched by hard surfaces. Please note that shoes whose soles are marked will not be accepted for exchange. Wear thin stockings and do not persist in wearing them if they feel small since this will stretch and spoil their form.  Once worn,  avoid movements that could crease, scratch, or open the skin.

6. If the above simple conditions are met,  you will be able to choose from another product similar in kind and price from our site. If you cannot find something to fully satisfy your taste you reserve the right to choose a product from our next collections.
